Bleek Vision Apps
This policy covers the following apps published by Bleek Vision LLC:
All three are designed with privacy as a core principle. None of them sell, share, or monetize your personal data. All display Data Not Collected on their App Store privacy labels, with the one exception noted below for MadWeather.
Our Commitment
Every Bleek Vision app is built exclusively on first-party Apple frameworks. We do not integrate third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, crash reporters, or ad networks. Your data stays between you and Apple.
MadWeather
MadWeather transmits your device location to Apple WeatherKit solely to retrieve a weather forecast. This location data is not logged, stored, or retained by the app or by Bleek Vision LLC — it is transient and used only to fulfill your immediate request. Weather data is owned by Apple Inc. and subject to Apple's privacy policy.
FOCUS//DECK
FOCUS//DECK stores all session data, timers, and preferences locally on your device using SwiftData. Nothing ever leaves your device. Optional in-app purchases and achievement syncing are processed entirely through Apple's StoreKit and Game Center — Bleek Vision LLC receives only anonymized aggregate sales reports.
UNCONTAINED
UNCONTAINED collects no personal data whatsoever. Puzzle progress is stored via Apple Game Center and iCloud, both governed by Apple's privacy policy. Bleek Vision LLC has no access to this data.

MomKnows! Privacy Policy
Summary
MomKnows! collects no analytics, crash reports, or account information and integrates no third-party SDKs. All content stays on your device. Apple handles purchases independently — Bleek Vision LLC does not observe transaction details.
Who We Are
MomKnows! is published by Bleek Vision LLC, built and operated by Shabaka Malik Banks.
What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to the MomKnows! iOS application (iOS 17+) distributed through the Apple App Store. It does not cover Apple's own services, which are governed by Apple's separate privacy policy.
What We Do Not Collect
The app does not collect or transmit:
- Personal information (names, emails, addresses)
- Account credentials or device identifiers
- Usage analytics or crash reports
- Location data or system information
- Any outbound network traffic
The App Store privacy label shows Data Not Collected across all categories. The only exception: Apple's StoreKit processes purchases; Bleek Vision LLC receives only anonymized aggregate sales reports.
What the App Stores on Your Device
Content is stored locally using:
- SwiftData — structured content (family members, answers, stories)
- iOS Keychain — sensitive fields such as insurance numbers, bound to your device without iCloud sync
All data persists while the app is installed. Deleting the app removes all locally stored content.
Permissions Requested
The app requests permissions only when needed:
- Face ID / Touch ID — biometric unlock via LocalAuthentication framework
- Microphone — audio recording and dictation
- Speech Recognition — on-device only, no cloud fallback
- Camera — photo and video capture
- Photo Library — existing media attachment
Encryption and On-Device Security
All cryptography uses Apple frameworks:
- Encrypted backups use AES-256-GCM via Apple's CryptoKit framework
- Key derivation uses PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 with 100,000 iterations
- Keychain items are device-bound
- Biometric data never leaves Secure Enclave
Backups You Create
You create encrypted backup files with a passphrase of your choosing. The passphrase is never stored, transmitted, or recoverable by Bleek Vision LLC. Loss of the passphrase means permanent inaccessibility. Export destinations — iCloud Drive, USB, etc. — are your choice.
Apple's Role
Apple delivers the app and processes purchases through StoreKit. Your relationship with Apple is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy, not this one.
Children
The app is rated 17+ and is not directed to children under 13. Since no data transmits to Bleek Vision LLC, no child data exists on our servers. Delete the app to remove all locally stored content.
Your Rights
Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and port your personal data. Since Bleek Vision LLC holds no personal data about you:
- Access: Open the app
- Correct: Edit content within the app
- Delete: Remove entries or uninstall the app
- Portability: Use export features (PDF, Notes, encrypted backup)
Email malik@bleekvision.com to assert any right. We will respond within 30 days. Bleek Vision LLC does not hold a Data Protection Officer position.
Changes to This Policy
Updates will be posted at this URL with new effective dates. Material changes will be announced prominently in-app and on this page.
